What we process
When you use the contact form or email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message. When you visit the site, our web server briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to keep the site running and to limit abuse of the contact form.
Why and on what basis
We use your details to reply to you and, where relevant, to take steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep messages for [retention period, to be confirmed]. If a message leads to a contract, we keep what the law requires for as long as it requires.
Who receives it
Messages are delivered through our email provider, Websupport. The site runs on a server operated by [hosting provider, to be confirmed]. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you change the colour theme, we store your choice in a cookie named theme for one year. It is not used for anything else.
